Commercial Disclosure
Fluorescent currently uses normal, non-affiliate links to independent third-party retailers. Selecting a product link opens the retailer’s website. Fluorescent does not currently receive commission from these clicks or purchases.
The current non-commercial test phase is scheduled to end no later than .
Current product links
Product links open independent retailers. With optional analytics consent, Fluorescent records which internal product and page placement was clicked before the retailer page opens. No affiliate identifier is added by Fluorescent.
Future affiliate links
If affiliate links are activated later, this page and the notice beside the catalogue will be updated before launch. A qualifying purchase may then generate commission for Fluorescent, normally without increasing the price paid by the customer.
Where the disclosure appears
A short non-affiliate notice is displayed beside the product catalogue. If commercial links or sponsored content are activated later, disclosures will be placed close to the relevant content. Social posts with a material commercial relationship should also carry a clear and difficult-to-miss label.
Selection of products
Products are curated for their visual style, category and relevance to the collection. A product’s presence does not mean Fluorescent manufactured, tested, purchased or guarantees it. No current product link generates affiliate compensation for Fluorescent, and the retailer remains solely responsible for the sale and product.
Prices, offers and availability
Prices, coupon codes, discounts, stock, shipping options and programme terms can change at any time. The retailer’s website shows the final and controlling information.
Sponsored content and gifted products
If a brand pays for a post, provides a free product, or gives another material benefit, that relationship should be disclosed separately and clearly in the relevant content. An affiliate relationship alone does not mean that every listed item is sponsored by the brand.
