1. Data controller

2. Data processed when the Site loads

The Site is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare. When you visit, technical data needed to deliver and secure the Site may be processed, including IP address, request time, requested URL, referring page, browser or device information, system configuration, traffic-routing data and security signals.

The purpose is to display the Site, maintain security, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors and ensure reliable delivery. The legal basis is the operator’s legitimate interest in operating a secure and functional website.

3. Hosting provider

Hosting and network provider: , . Cloudflare may process end-user traffic data as described in its own privacy documentation and service terms.

4. Product-interest analytics

Product links open independent third-party retailers. If you consent to analytics, Fluorescent may use Google Analytics 4 to record page views, general traffic-source information, catalogue filters and outbound product clicks. A product click may include the internal product number, product name, category, retailer label, page placement and selected region. Search terms typed into the Site are not sent to Google Analytics.

The purpose is to understand which pages and products interest visitors and how people arrive at the Site. The legal basis is consent. Outbound-click events do not create an order, reveal payment-card details or generate an affiliate commission for Fluorescent.

5. Cookies and consent

Cloudflare may use storage that is strictly necessary for security or traffic management, depending on the services activated. Google Analytics is optional and its script is not loaded until you select “Allow optional cookies”. If you select “Necessary cookies only”, analytics remains disabled. You can reopen Cookie settings from the footer and change your choice. The Site stores the consent choice locally so the banner does not appear on every page view.

When enabled, Google Analytics may set identifiers such as _ga and _ga_<container-id>. Advertising signals and ad-personalisation signals are disabled in the Site configuration.

6. Messages sent by email

If you contact the operator by email, the message, sender details and correspondence will be processed to answer the request and to keep an appropriate record. The legal basis is taking steps at your request and/or the operator’s legitimate interest in handling enquiries and defending legal claims. Correspondence is normally deleted no later than two years after the matter is closed, unless a longer period is required by law or a dispute is ongoing.

7. Recipients and international transfers

Data may be processed by the hosting/network provider and, where analytics consent is given, by Google Ireland Limited and its service providers. Fluorescent does not send Google Analytics event data to retailers or affiliate networks. When you choose to open an external link, the retailer receives the ordinary technical information associated with visiting its website and processes it under its own privacy notice. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers must rely on an accepted legal mechanism such as an adequacy decision, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or standard contractual clauses.

8. Retention

Fluorescent does not maintain a customer database. Technical traffic and security data are retained according to the hosting provider’s configured service and retention rules. Email correspondence is retained as described above. Google Analytics user-level event-data retention must be maintained at two months; aggregated reports may be retained for longer. The local consent choice remains until it is changed or browser storage is cleared.

9. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to processing, and may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise a right, contact . Identity verification may be required where necessary to protect your data.

10. Complaint

You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH): 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11; postal address 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9; email ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu; telephone +36 1 391 1400. 11. Children

The Site is a general fashion catalogue and is not intended to collect personal data from children. The launch version has no registration or direct-submission feature.

12. Changes

This notice will be updated before any material change to data collection, such as launching a newsletter, contact form, advertising pixels, affiliate tracking or user accounts.
