Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Fluorescent website (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Who operates the Site

Fluorescent is operated by the person identified in the Legal Notice. Privacy and data-controller details are provided in the Privacy Notice.

2. What Fluorescent does

Fluorescent is an editorial fashion-discovery site that curates AI-styled inspiration and links to similar products offered by independent third-party retailers. Current product links are non-affiliate links. Fluorescent is not the seller, manufacturer, importer, distributor, payment processor, shipping provider or fulfilment provider for products shown on the Site.

The current non-commercial test phase is scheduled to end no later than . Any monetisation will require updated operator details and disclosures before activation.

3. Product buttons and future purchases

Selecting a product link opens an independent retailer’s website. Any purchase contract is concluded solely between you and that retailer under its own terms, privacy policy, pricing, payment, shipping, cancellation, return, refund, warranty and customer-service rules. Fluorescent does not process the order or payment.

4. Product quality, delivery and retailer responsibility

Fluorescent does not inspect, test, manufacture, store or ship the products displayed on the Site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluorescent does not guarantee and is not responsible for a third-party retailer’s product quality, sizing, fit, colour accuracy, materials, authenticity, safety, legal compliance, stock, delivery time, lost or damaged parcels, customer service, returns, refunds or warranty handling.

Questions, complaints and legal claims concerning a product or order should be directed to the retailer from which the product was purchased. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer right you may have against the retailer or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Prices, availability and information

Product names, images, prices, discounts, currencies, delivery estimates and availability may change without notice and may differ by location. Information shown on the retailer’s checkout page controls. You should verify the final price, taxes, shipping cost, size information, materials and return conditions before purchasing.

6. Affiliate links and commercial relationships

Current product links are normal non-affiliate links and do not generate commission for Fluorescent. If affiliate links, sponsorships or gifted products are introduced later, the relevant commercial relationship will be disclosed clearly before those links or promotions are published.

7. No guarantee of recommendations

Collections and product descriptions are provided for inspiration and general information. Unless expressly stated, a listed product has not necessarily been purchased, worn, tested or reviewed by the operator. Fluorescent does not promise that any product will meet your preferences, fit correctly or be suitable for a particular purpose.

8. External websites

Fluorescent has no control over third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, security, availability, accessibility, data practices or later changes. A link does not mean that Fluorescent owns, operates or officially represents the retailer.

9. Intellectual property, AI-styled visuals and image rights

The Fluorescent name, visual design and original site content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission. Product images are AI-styled editorial inspiration and may differ from the linked similar item in colour, proportion, texture, detail, fit or design. The linked product is not the exact item shown unless expressly stated. Images are not proof of product quality or an exact representation of what a buyer will receive.

Product images, brand names and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders and may be used only where permitted by a licence, programme term, product feed or other valid legal basis. AI transformation does not by itself create permission to use a source image. Rights holders may contact the operator regarding any concern.

10. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to disrupt the Site, introduce malicious code, scrape the Site in a way that overloads it, bypass security measures, impersonate the operator, or use the Site for unlawful or misleading activity.

11. Availability and limitation of liability

The Site is provided on an “as available” basis. Temporary errors, broken links, outdated items or interruptions may occur. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fluorescent is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising solely from use of a third-party website, a third-party product or a retailer’s failure to perform. This does not exclude liability for the operator’s own fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

12. Changes

Products, links and these Terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date shown below identifies the current version.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Hungarian law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply in their country of habitual residence. Any mandatory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected.
